  • "By invitation only" (as noted below) with no contact information listed, indicates fair organizers who are willing to list a fair but do not want to be contacted.

  • All other fairs are "Case-by-case basis" indicating fair organizers who will consider program representative requests for participation on a case-by-case basis.
